RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Austin Handcrafted LLC (Austin, Texas), we stand behind the quality of our small‑batch, natural products. If you are not completely satisfied, our 30‑Day Happiness Guarantee applies.
1. 30‑Day Happiness Guarantee – Satisfaction, No Return Needed
We want you to truly love our products. If you try a product and it doesn’t work for you, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery. You may request a refund without returning the product, even if it has been opened and used. This guarantee is about your satisfaction with the results.
Important limitation: The 30‑Day Happiness Guarantee may be used one time per customer, per product. For example, you may try our facial serum once under this guarantee; if you purchase it again in the future, the guarantee does not apply to subsequent purchases of the same product.
2. How to Request a Happiness Guarantee Refund
To request a refund under our Happiness Guarantee, email us at Hello@AustinHandcrafted.com with your order number and a brief note about why the product didn’t meet your needs. No photos or returns are required. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. (For less original shipping or shipping charges)
3. Standard Returns (Beyond the Happiness Guarantee)
If you are outside the 30‑day window or have already used your one‑time guarantee for that product, our standard return policy applies:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are for product price only (original shipping non‑refundable).
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you. This does not count toward your one‑time Happiness Guarantee.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a refund under the Happiness Guarantee (if eligible) or place a new order.
