2. Products & Ingredients – FDA Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because they are minimally processed, slight variations in color, scent, or texture may occur between batches. This does not affect product quality.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms. In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (Informal Process First)

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us at Hello@AustinHandcrafted.com so we can try to resolve the issue amicably. Most concerns can be addressed quickly this way.

Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, then any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration held in Austin, Texas, unless otherwise agreed. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class‑wide arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
